CAREY KRAUSE

I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Medicine and Psychiatry, with graduate degrees from South University and Nova Southeastern University.

My approach to mental health care is rooted in the belief that mental health challenges do not define a person. Instead, they are experiences that shape us, and with the right support, can be managed to live a full and meaningful life.    I integrate both medication management and therapeutic strategies to address the root causes of mental health conditions, not just the symptoms.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. I understand that every person has a unique perspective on mental health treatment, and I work collaboratively with each individual to create a personalized plan of care aligned with their goals and values.

ZOE KAPLAN

As a Tampa native, I’m passionate about supporting my community's mental health and well-being. With over five years of experience as an ICU nurse, I not only developed a strong clinical foundation but also spent time counseling patients and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience deepened my understanding of the human side of healing and inspired my transition into mental health. In my work, I take a personalized and compassionate approach, working with you to discover what feels most helpful and sustainable, whether that’s medication, therapeutic strategies, or lifestyle shifts. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and genuinely cared for. Whether you’re just starting your mental health journey or looking for a new perspective, I’m here to listen without judgment and walk alongside you every step of the way.
